1. What you are purchasing

Your payment purchases an NJ Impact Credentialing Savings Pass. The founding launch price is $10 for the first 25 passes issued. The regular program-access price will be $25 after the launch allocation is used. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase.

The program-access fee is paid to NJ Impact, supports administration of this access initiative and NJ Impact's mission-related programs, and is not a charitable donation, insurance credentialing fee, or payment to an insurance company.

2. What the pass provides

The pass provides $100 off each of your first five eligible new commercial insurance credentialing application units. The maximum total discount is $500.

An application unit generally means one provider or organization applying to one insurance company or network. A group application and each individual provider application may count separately. Your written project scope determines the final unit count.

3. Eligibility

• Only one Savings Pass may be purchased per EIN.
• The applications must be new commercial insurance credentialing applications.
• Work cannot already have been prepared, submitted, or completed for the applications the pass will cover.
• Eligibility, application-unit count, service area, payer availability, and final pricing must be confirmed in writing before credentialing work begins.
• The one-pass-per-EIN rule may be verified during the secure credentialing intake before the pass is redeemed.

4. What the pass does not cover

• Medicare or Medicaid enrollment
• Government program enrollment
• Licensing applications or legal services
• CAQH profile maintenance
• Insurance company, government, or third-party fees
• Applications that were already started, prepared, submitted, or completed
• Services not included in the written project scope

5. What happens after payment

1. Stripe confirms the payment.
2. NJ Impact automatically issues and emails a provisional, single-use Savings Pass code.
3. You may choose to continue to the participating credentialing provider.
4. The provider prepares a written project scope showing eligible units, regular fees, the Savings Pass discount, and the remaining amount due.
5. You decide whether to sign the separate credentialing service agreement and proceed.

Purchasing the pass does not reserve credentialing services. The discount is applied only to eligible applications included in an accepted written project scope.

6. Participating provider relationship

The Savings Pass is currently redeemable only with Keana Spencer Credentialing Services, an independent participating provider. Credentialing services require a separate agreement and payment directly to that provider.

NJ Impact does not receive a commission or percentage of credentialing service fees. NJ Impact administers the Savings Pass program; it does not prepare or submit payer applications, make payer decisions, or guarantee the provider's services.

7. Using the pass

• The pass may be used only by the organization that purchased it.
• It may not be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or combined with another Savings Pass.
• It may be redeemed once and is permanently retired after use.
• It expires 60 days after it is issued.

8. Refunds

If NJ Impact determines that your organization was ineligible before the pass was used, NJ Impact will refund the program-access fee to the original payment method. The discount itself has no cash value.

9. No insurance-network guarantee

Purchasing a Savings Pass or credentialing service does not guarantee network availability, payer participation, acceptance, approval, an effective date, a reimbursement rate, or completion within a particular period. Insurance companies and government agencies make their own decisions.

10. Accurate and secure information

You must provide accurate information during the eligibility and credentialing process. Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, banking information, patient information, identity-document numbers, or protected health information through the NJ Impact website form. Sensitive credentialing documents will be requested separately through the participating provider's secure process after you elect to continue.
