Offer

An eligible new credentialing client may purchase one Savings Pass for $10 and receive $100 off each of the first five eligible commercial insurance credentialing application units, for potential savings of up to $500.

Eligibility

• One pass per organization or commonly controlled group.
• The pass applies only to new credentialing clients and qualifying commercial insurance application units.
• Medicare, Medicaid, licensing, legal work, CAQH maintenance, payer fees, government fees, and third-party fees are excluded.
• Previously completed, submitted, or active projects are excluded.
• Eligibility, application-unit count, service area, payer availability, and final pricing must be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Timing and use

The pass is valid for 60 days after it is issued. It has no cash value, may not be transferred or combined with another promotion unless confirmed in writing, and applies only to the credentialing partner identified by NJ Impact.

Request, payment, and partner relationship

Submitting the website request form does not purchase a pass, reserve services, or issue a code. Payment instructions are provided only after eligibility review. The credentialing provider is independent, and the client contracts with and pays that provider directly for credentialing services.

No enrollment guarantee

The pass does not guarantee payer participation, network availability, acceptance, approval, effective date, reimbursement, or completion by a particular date. Payers and government agencies make their own decisions.

Accurate information

Applicants must provide accurate information and respond to document or attestation requests. Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, patient information, banking details, or identity documents through the NJ Impact website form.
