We collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact and Savings Pass request forms, such as your name, organization, email address, telephone number, state, provider or organization type, estimated application count, and message.

Our hosting provider may also process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, including IP address, browser information, device information, timestamps, and security logs.

How we use information

• Respond to questions and requests.
• Review Savings Pass eligibility and coordinate the credentialing referral.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
• Maintain program and business records and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and referrals

The website and forms are hosted by Netlify. Resource articles may be delivered through LinkArtemis. When you follow a link to the independent credentialing partner, information you submit there is governed by that provider’s notices and agreements. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

We retain submitted information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. You may ask to review, correct, or delete information by emailing info@njimpact.org. Some records may be retained when required by law or legitimate operational needs.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method is guaranteed secure. This website and its forms are intended for adults acting for themselves or an organization and are not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this notice as the program or website changes. The date at the top identifies the current version.
